LOS ANGELES -- CCAA South co-leader Cal State L.A. used it's rapid shooting offense and routed Cal State Stanislaus, 7-1, in men's soccer on Saturday.
Federico Cino scored a goal and assisted on two others to lead the 11th-ranked Golden Eagles as they improved to 9-1-1 overall and 6-1-1 in the California Collegiate Athletic Association. Cal State Stanislaus dropped its eighth straight and fell to 1-8-1 and 0-7 in the CCAA.

Matthew Johnson tied the score at 1-1 at 13:14 to answer a Ruben Hansen score just two minutes earlier. But it was all Cal State L.A. after that.
Kyle Hewitt, Aza Gomez, and Miguel Cucue scored for CSULA to give the Eagles a 4-1 halftime lead.
Cal State L.A. took just 14 seconds into the second half to score its fifth goal and added a sixth 41 seconds later.
The Golden Eagles took 27 shots with 17 on goal. CSUS goalkeeper
Javier Rosales picked up 10 saves. The Warriors had nine shots.
The seven goals allowed was the most given up by the Warriors since Cal State L.A. beat Stanislaus, 7-6, in overtime at the end of the 2000 season. The last time the Warriors lost eight straight was at the start of the 2001 season.
