TURLOCK — Cal State San Bernardino used a late second half run to turn a close game into a 75-66 win over Cal State Stanislaus in women's basketball Sunday afternoon at Warrior Arena.

Alishea Kelly also finished her solid weekend with 19 points and 10 rebounds on Sunday. Cal State Stanislaus fell to 1-7 overall and 0-4 in California Collegiate Athletic Association play.
CSUSB was led by Krystal Urzua, who had 26 points and 11 rebounds, as the Coyotes out-scored the Warriors 44-31 in the second half to improve to 6-3 overall and 2-2 in the CCAA.
Busi notched her sixth double-double of the season including a season-best 16-rebound game. For the weekend, the junior tallied 38 points and 30 rebounds. Kelly also enjoyed a successful debut weekend as the Mesa State transfer averaged 18.5 points and 7 rebounds.
Cal State Stanislaus led by as many as nine points with three minutes to go in the first half before taking a 35-31 lead at intermission. But Urzua caught fire in the second half and scored 19 of her points to help the CSUSB rally.
With the score tied, for the ninth time in the game, at 53-53 after a pair of Kelly free throws, San Bernardino went on a 17-6 run to open up an 11-point lead. Urzua sparked the Coyotes with eight points, including two three-pointers during that span.
The Warriors shot just 22.6 percent (7-for-31) in the second half and made just 2 of 16 three-point attempts in the game. CSUSB made eight three-pointers — Urzua had four.
Next up for Stanislaus is a pair of road trips in the next two weeks, beginning with a Thursday contest at new member Cal State East Bay on Thursday before a Saturday trip to UC San Diego. The Warriors' next home contest is on Tuesday, Jan. 19 against Chico State.
