SAN BERNARDINO — Katie Busi's 30th career double-double wasn't quite enough for the Cal State Stanislaus women as they fell to Cal State San Bernardino, 66-47, Saturday night at Coussoulis Arena.

Busi scored 16 points and grabbed 14 rebounds and made seven of the team's 17 field goals but the Warriors dropped their second straight to fall to 7-7 overall and 5-5 in the California Collegiate Athletic Association.

Four Coyotes scored in double figures as Cal State San Bernardino improved to 11-1 overall and 7-1 in the CCAA after its fifth straight win.

Cal State San Bernardino led almost the entire game, but not by much of a margin. The Coyotes briefly led by seven at the end of the first half and the start of the second half.

The Warriors tied the game six and half minutes into the second half at 34-34 on a Jeanette Rowe jumper. After CSUSB took a three-point lead, Stanislaus again pulled close, this time on a Andreanna Marshall jumper at 10:44 to trail by just one point, 37-36.

But, San Bernardino caught fire and went on a 12-0 run during a two-and-a-half minute stretch to turn it into a 49-36 game. The Warriors never recovered from that point on.

For Busi, it was another solid performance for the senior as she was 7-for-17 with a three-pointer and a free throw for her 16 point total. She also had 14 rebounds, 13 of them offensive, plus three blocked shots.

However, unfortunately for the Warriors, Busi accounted for 41 percent of the field goals as the rest of the squad were just 10-for-43. As a team, the Warriors shot 28.3 percent from the floor for the game.

Marshall chipped in 10 points on 4 of 13 shooting and Rowe finished with six. The usually sharp-shooting Christin Gowan was held to 1 of 8 from the field and 0-for-5 from the three-point arch for four points.

Danielle Shows and AMber Glasser each scored 14 while Eisha Sheppard and Angela Streets chipped in 13 a piece to lead Cal State San Bernardino. The Coyotes moved into a tie for second place with Cal Poly Pomona following this weekend's play -- both teams are at 7-1. Cal State Monterey Bay stayed undefeated at 10-0 (14-0 overall).
