Theresa Henderson equalled her career high with 24 points, but No. 3 UC San Diego remains undefeated with a 83-61 win at Fitzpatrick Arena.
Henderson scored 20-plus points for the sixth time this season but the Cal State Stanislaus Warriors dropped to 4-7 overall and 1-6 in the California Collegiate Athletic Association. Henderson, the CCAA's leading scorer, also pulled 10 rebounds for her seventh double-double.
Daisy Feder had 11 points with 12 Tritons scoring as UC San Diego stay unbeaten after 13 games. The Tritons are also 7-0 in CCAA play.
The bright spot for Cal State Stanislaus was once again Henderson. She scored 12 of the team's 22 first half points on 5 of 18 shooting. Henderson finished with 8 of 24 from the field and 8-for-8 from the foul line for 24 points, tying her career high set on Dec. 9 against Grand Canyon.
Henderson continues to lead the conference in scoring with a 19.2 per game average before Friday's game. She also had three blocked shots and three steals Friday night.
Briana Cotton scored a career-high 13 points -- 11 in the second half -- coming off the bench.
Erin Godde grabbed nine rebounds.
UC San Diego jumped out to a 10-0 lead while the Warriors were off target early. Cal State Stanislaus were just 1 for its first 14 field goal attempts as the Warriors found themselves down 17-2 six minutes into the game.
Stanislaus got as close as 19-9 at 11:44 but UC San Diego rolled off to a 23-point, 45-22 halftime lead with a Dana Webster layup as time expired.
The second half wasn't much closer with the Tritons' biggest lead at 69-38 with 9:22 left to play.
The Warriors shot just 23.7 percent in the first half versus UCSD's 47.4 first half shooting. Stanislaus ended the game 21 for 67 for 31.3 percent.
UC San Diego made eight three-pointers and out-rebounded the Warriors 53 to 34. Chelsea Carlise also scored 10 points with Emily Osga chipping in nine for the Tritons.
Cal State Stanislaus hosts Cal State San Bernardino Saturday night. The Coyotes lost at Chico State in a low-scoring affair, 53-39, Friday.
