Series Notes vs. Cal State Monterey Bay: Cal State Stanislaus holds a 9-5-3 advantage over Cal State Monterey Bay after the 2-0 win in Turlock on Sept. 16. The Warriors are winless in their last two trips to Seaside (0-1-1) with the last win during the final weekend of 2009.

Series Notes vs. Cal State East Bay: The Warriors are undefeated against the Pioneers since Cal State East Bay joined the CCAA. Stanislaus leads the series 4-0-2 after the scoreless tie match played in Turlock on Sept. 14. Last year in Hayward, Stanislaus beat East Bay, 3-1.

Getting CCAA W's On the Road: The Warriors would love to be able to pick up a couple of wins on the road during California Collegiate Athletic Association play. So far, they are 0-1-1 in two very tough conference matches away from Warrior Stadium.

Men Need More PT! The Stanislaus men are hungry for more playing time on the pitch and not just on the practice field since two of their last four scheduled matches were canceled (against Humboldt State). Over the last two weekends, the Warriors have only played 200 minutes of in-game soccer.

Long Among the Best: Goalkeeper Clint Long continues to be among the CCAA's best as he leads the conference with 37 saves (and most of them are legitimate great saves). He is also fifth with a 80.4 saves percentage. Long has logged all 760 minutes of play and boasts a 1.07 Goals-Against-Average with two shutouts.

About Cal State Monterey Bay (1-7, 1-6 CCAA): The Otters snapped a seven-match losing streak to begin the season with a 1-0 win over Cal State East Bay last Sunday. Andrew Breault scored 2:31 into the overtime for the winner after the CSUEB hoalkeeper dropped a long throw attempt. Servando Perez has two of the team's six goals.

About Cal State East Bay (2-5-2, 1-4-2 CCAA): The Pionners lost at Cal State Monterey Bay on Sunday to end a stretch of six-straight away contests. They beat San Francisco State in San Francisco, 3-1, last Friday. Florian Reppin has two of the team's seven goals and two of the team's six assists.
