Box Score DAVIS — Opening the 2016-17 preseason against two consecutive Division I opponents, the Stanislaus State women's basketball team loss at UC Davis, 84-47, Friday night at The Pavilion.

Cassidy Sanders-Curry led the way with nine points and nine rebounds with two assists and two steals against the Aggies. The Warriors will travel up to Reno to take on University of Nevada-Reno at 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Riley Holladay scored eight points and Brittney Livingston chipped in six points. Stanislaus State had trouble putting the ball through the net, tallying an 18.8 percent shooting night.

Kourtney Eaton led the Aggies with 18 points and Morgan Bertsch scored 15 with nine rebounds.

UC Davis and Nevada-Reno are just two of the four Division I opponents during the 2016 preseason. The Warriors will also face Sacramento State and San Jose State.
