Two Warrior errors and a wild pitch allowed Hawaii Hilo's leadoff batter to advance to third base before scoring on a double.

In the nightcap Stan State held the lead for a majority of the game, taking a 2-0 lead into the sixth inning before the Sharks tied the score with a two-run sixth. At the top of the eighth the Warriors were unable to score before the Sharks eventually plated the game-winner on a wild pitch thrown by Kylie Ragsdale.
