Better on the Road
Road Woes
Stan State has lost its last five road games and are 1-5 this season away from Turlock. The Warriors' only road win this season was on Nov. 21 at Fresno Pacific … Stanislaus' last road win in Seaside was Dec. 6, 2008 and the only time the Warriors won at Hayward (during CSUEB's CCAA era) was Jan. 7, 2010.Â
Career Game for Lizzy
Lizzy Alexander posted a career game last Friday against Cal State San Marcos in leading the Warriors to the overtime victory. Alexander scored a career-high 21 points (6 for 16 with one three-pointer; 8 for 8 from free throw line) and pulled nine rebounds. Alexander had scored 20 points on Nov. 27, marking this her second 20-point game … She also recorded personal bests on defense with three blocks and three steals … She scored 10 points on Sunday against UC San Diego.

Free Throw Shooters
Three Warriors are shooting 74 percent or better at the free throw line during the CCAA games. Kyanna Davis is seventh in the league with a .840 percentage (21 for 25). Brittney Livingston has made 21 of 27 (.778) and Lizzy Alexander, who has made 16 consecutive free throws, is 73.9 percent (17-for-23).Â
Rejecting Shots
Erika Larsen had a career-high five blocked shots last Friday against Cal State San Marcos, giving her 24 for the season — second best in the CCAA (Taylor Farris, CSUDH, 31) … As a team the Warriors average 4.43 blocks per game, second best in the conference (CSUSB, 6.42) … Lizzy Alexander has 16 blocks this season.
Overtime Wins
After Friday's overtime win, the Warriors are now 3-0 this season when playing an extra period. They have wins over Concordia-Portland, Cal State L.A. and Cal State San Marcos in OT — all at home. The Warriors have outscored opponents 22-12 in three OT periods.
Three-Point Shooting
The Warriors made 26.6 percent of their three-point attempts for the season but has made at least four in each of the last four games. They had six three-pointers (6 for 18) against UC San Diego … However, nailing the long shots may be a challenge on Saturday at Cal State East Bay. The Pioneers are stingy on defense against the three-point shot, allowing just 19.6 percent per CCAA game (21 for 107) … Caitlin Keding leads the Warriors with 18 three-pointers this season 18-for-54, 33.3 percent).

Angelica Baylon made her return to the court on Friday — played a team-high 37 minutes — after missing six games (missed 10 total) to record a career-best five assists.
