TURLOCK — The Warriors faced the hottest team in the CCAA North Saturday night as visiting Cal State Monterey Bay bettered Stanislaus State in four sets, 25-16, 18-25, 25-21, 25-22, to reach the top of the ladder in the standings.
The Otters, winners of six straight after snapping a four-match skid in September, are now 7-4 in CCAA play. CSUMB is tied with Cal State East Bay atop of the CCAA North standings with a month remaining in the conference season.

Cal State East Bay has also won six straight since losing to Stan State in Turlock on Sept. 21.
