SEASIDE — Three Warriors each with 10 kills as Stanislaus State beat Cal State Monterey Bay easily, in three, 25-19, 25-16, 29-13, Friday evening at The Kelp Bed.
Stanislaus State, which has won five straight matches, continues to build on its program best start to improve to 11-4 overall. The Warriors have taken over sole possession of first place in the CCAA North at 6-2 after tonight's win.
As a team, the Warriors hit an awesome .343 as their defense continues to play well to fuel the offense.

Cassie Corbett (Tracy/Tracy HS) Had her career high with 10 kills. She had just one hitting error on 21 swings for a hot .429 attacking percentage, also a career best.

Sierra Adams also had 10 kills and hit .421 to go with three assisted blocks. Her hitting percentage is a season high.

Rachel Klopfer posted a double-double with 10 kills (.286) and 11 digs.

Kiara Erving led the way with six of the team's 12 block-assists.

Jordon Wilson was 8 for 11 without an error for a .727 attacking percentage.

Krista Hernandez led with 13 digs.

Eyriana Eatmon had 20 assists.
Key Points of the Match
• Aside from the first points of sets one and three, the Warriors only trailed twice. CSUMB led by one point in two occasions early in the third set.
• A 10-2 run in the third by Stan State allowed the Warriors to cruise to victory.
• The Warriors did not have a single hitting error in the third set. As a team, they were 15 for 31 with zero hitting errors for a .484 attacking percentage in the final set.
• Stan State has recorded double digits in total blocks for four consecutive matches.
