TURLOCK – The Warriors earned their fourth conference win on Friday when they beat the Coyotes of Cal State San Bernardino, 3-0. The team played an incredible game with great plays on both the offensive and defensive sides. Stan State scored three aggresive goals to soar past the Coyotes.
Stan State continues to rise to 4-1-0 in conference and 9-1-0 overall. Cal State San Bernardino falls to 0-4-0 in conference and 2-7-1 overall.
GOALS
- Sadie Ortiz came out with feet on fire when she scored unassisted in the 4th minute! Ortiz scored off a rebound in the box for a perfect goal!
- Selia Torres for Warrior goal No. 2 in the 21st minute! Torres was assisted by Summer England.
- Micaela Brewer scored her first goal of the season in the 65th minute! Brewer came in with the rebound outside the 18-yard box for a goal from high right! Not only was this a beautiful goal but Brewer, a lefty, scored with her right foot!

- Alyssa Herrman earned her sixth shutout of the season as Cal State San Bernardino lost to Stan State in a score of 3-0.
- Herrman only had to complete two saves during Friday night's match.

- After today's win, Cal State San Bernardino is 12-9-2 against Stanislaus State since they first met in October 1998.
