SAN FRANCISCO – The Warriors took down the Gators Sunday afternoon to gain back their momentum for another CCAA win. Stan State kept the lead for the entire game besides when the Gators scored the first point. The Warriors won 53-47.
The Warriors are now 6-4 overall and 4-1 in the CCAA. The Gators are now 0-9 overall and 0-6 in the CCAA.

TEAM PERFORMANCE
- The Warriors went 21 for 63 from the field and shot 66.7 percent from the free throw line going 10 for 15.
- Stan State outbounded the Gators. The Warriors had 42 rebounds while the Gators had 29.
- The Warriors scored 34 points in the paint and ten off turnovers.
KEY POINTS OF THE GAME
- Both teams stayed close in scoring throughout the entire game but the Warriors only came out of one quarter down in scoring. In the third quarter, the Gators went 14-13 over the Warriors.
- This is the lowest scoring game of the entire season at under 60 points.
NOTEWORTHY
- The Warriors are 22-18 against the Gators since they first met in December 1998.
- The last time the two teams met the Warriors downed the Gators, 70-58, in January 2019.
- The Warriors only scored one three-pointer. The last time the Warriors made zero three-pointers was in 2012 against UC San Diego when they went 0-19.
