LA JOLLA — Stanislaus State lost a heartbreaker in overtime as No. 4 UC San Diego extended its win-streak to 13 games Saturday night inside the RIMAC Arena.
UC San Diego rallied from down 18 points to the Warriors to remain atop of the CCAA standings at 15-1 in conference play. The Tritons are 21-1 overall.
Stan State ended up dropping both games of this tough road trip and fell to 13-8 overall and 9-7 in the CCAA.
Top Warriors of the Night

Ty Davis led with 20 points on 8 of 21 shooting. He had two steals and two assists.

Xavier Francois scored 17 points on 8 of 13 shooting. He also had eight rebounds.

Luis Salgado pulled nine rebounds to go with 10 points.

Darius Scott scored 15 points and grabbed nine boards.
Warriors Led for Most of the Night
• Stanislaus State led by as many as 18 points in the first half, at 29-11 with 4:19 to play.

Darius Scott's layup capped a 10-0 run for the Warriors for the big lead.
• The Warriors led by nine, 34-25, at halftime.
• Stanislaus maintained a healthy lead in the second half and was up 61-52 at 4:17 left to play.
• The Warriors were held to just one basket in the final four minutes while a UC San Diego 11-2 run tied the game.
• Christian Oshita's layup with 22 seconds left sent the game into overtime.
Standings Watch
• The Warriors remain in fifth place at 9-7 after the two road game losses.
• Cal State East Bay moved within a half game of the Warriors.
• The eighth place team, Cal State L.A., is 6-8.
• Fourth place Cal Poly Pomona won twice and is now 11-4.
