TURLOCK — Cal State Monterey Bay jumped out early and never really gave No. 20 Stanislaus State a chance as the visiting Otters won the finale and took the series on Sunday.
The Otters scored seven runs in the first two innings en route to a 9-1 win to win the series three games to one.
Stanislaus State lost three straight at home for the first time since April 21-22 of 2018 to fall to 12-6 overall and 6-6 in CCAA play.
SUNDAY'S POSITIVES

Zach Jones went 2-for-3 with a RBI and extended his on-base streak to all 18 games this season.
