FRESNO –In a close game, the Warriors went five sets with the Fresno Pacific Sunbirds to take home the win in the end. The Warriors won their first game in three sets to two.
Stanislaus State women's volleyball might have had a rough start being behind two sets but eventually took the last three; 26-24, 25-22, 15-11.
The Warriors finished the game with 61 kills, four aces, 12 blocks, 56 assists and 86 digs.
The Warriors now enter their third game of the NorCal Classic with a 1-1 record as they travel to Dominican to take on Academy of Art and Dominican themselves.
This will take the Warriors to 1-1 overall and the Sunbirds to 2-1.

Senior Yisel Perez performed with 12 kills, three blocks and two assists

Chelsey Berry once again came out on top with 29 digs, she also had three assists
