THOUGHTS FROM HEAD COACH MACI MURDOCK
"I'm proud of the way we played tonight. We played really well on defense and we were able to serve tough and get them out of system throughout the match. We didn't let up and that's something we've been struggling with, so I'm proud of them for starting strong and finishing strong. We have a good team we face Saturday, so if we come out strong the same way and bring this momentum with us, we should do well!"

The Warrior women outplayed the Pioneers with nine aces, 64-59 digs and 38-29 kills.

With their second CCAA win under their belt, the women are ready to earn their third as they take on Cal State San Marcos on October 2 at 1 p.m.
