TURLOCK — The Stanislaus State women's soccer team's 2022 spring schedule is already under way, and features four NCAA Division I opponents and a Division II match-up, as announced by head coach
Gabriel Bolton.
The Warriors' first game of the spring was the team's lone home match on April 9, when they defeated PacWest Conference member Fresno Pacific, 4-3. The Warriors' remaining four spring contests are all on the road.
"It was really important that we put together five quality contests for our team this spring," said Bolton. "The spring is a time for us to grow individually and collectively as a team. Facing great competition is a critical ingredient to growth."
Next, the Warriors travel to Davis on April 16 to face UC Davis. The game will be played at the Davis Legacy Soccer Complex on the stadium field at 3 p.m.
The following weekend, Stan State travels up Highway 99 to the University of The Pacific to battle the Tigers at 6 p.m. on April 23.
The final weekend of competition will be May 6 at San Jose State and May 8 at Saint Mary's in Moraga. Those matches kickoff at 7 p.m. and 11:30 a.m., respectively.
Stan State will kickoff the Fall 2022 season at 7 p.m. on August 25 at Warrior Stadium against Dominican University.
