TURLOCK, Calif.---Â Stan State women's basketball team is traveling this week to Fresno, Calif. for a game at Fresno Pacific University. The game is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. at the Special Events Center.

WARRIORS IN REVIEW:Â Da'Myiah Lewis and
Talia Maxwell are the leading scorers for Stan State. Lewis, at 57 points, is averaging 19 points per game while Maxwell, having recorded 45 points thus far, averages 15 points per game.
Jadyn Patterson is key to those field goals with eight assists.
Talia Maxwell plays both sides of the ball well with a team-leading 20 rebounds and three blocks. She is second to
Da'Myiah Lewis in steals; Lewis has nine while Maxwell has recorded six.

SATURDAY RECAP: Stan State was more effective than Academy of Art in scoring points off turnovers. They almost doubled the Urban Knight's fast break points as well, along with scoring more often in the paint. The Warriors were also successful from the charity stripe, going 21 for 22 in free throws.

A few players created new season or career highs for themselves in Saturday's game.
Talia Maxwell scored a career-high 21 points along with a career high nine free throws, making all of her shots on the charity stripe that night.
Da'Myiah Lewis also made nine free throws on the night, setting a career-high for herself.
Amya Vangkham-Griffin's three steals marked a season-high for her.
SUNBIRDS IN REVIEW:Â Fresno Pacific is 2-2 thus far, with their two losses coming from CCAA teams in Cal State Monterey Bay and Chico State. They will begin PacWest conference play on December 5
th. Seniors Bre Hurt and Jayla Green are the leading scorers for Fresno Pacific, with Hurt dropping 36 points and Green close behind at 35. The Sunbirds seem to score the majority of their points in the paint. In both games they have lost, they have been outscored in the paint, even though they scored 19 more bench points against Chico State. Monterey Bay held them to just 16 points in the paint while the Otters scored 26 points of their own.

ALL-TIME SERIES: Â The Warriors lead the all-time series with Fresno Pacific 7-0. The last meeting was a 65-57 victory at the Fitzpatrick Arena, including 10 steals by Stan State along with four blocks, with two blocks coming from
Talia Maxwell.
