TURLOCK, Calif.--- Stan State rallied from 15-point deficit with seven minutes left in regulation and cut the lead to six with just five minutes on the lock. Cal State San Bernardino finished the game on a 11-5 to take the 70-58 conference victory.

FIRST QUARTER: Six minutes into the first quarter, Cal State San Bernardino (13-12, 11-9 CCAA) took a 16-5 lead.

Mya Blake jumper to cut their deficit to 37-27 heading into the half.
THIRD QUARTER: Liliana Marques' lay-up off a pass from
Taylor Pilot made it CSUSB 38-29 in the first two minutes of the third quarter. Cal State San Bernardino outscored its visitors 17-10 in the final minutes of the quarter to take a 55-39 lead into the fourth quarter.
FOURTH QUARTER: Stan State (14-16, 9-11 CCAA) didn't go away as the Warriors started the quarter on a 14-4 run to cut the deficit to 59-53 with just 4:19 on the clock. CSUSB finished the game outscoring the Warriors 11-5 to take the 70-59 CCAA home victory.
MOVED INTO EIGHTH: With her three assists this evening,
Taylor Pilot has 92 for this season which places her eighth all-time on Stan State's single season top ten list in assists. She is six away from moving past Sharlene Moises into seventh place.
BLAKE: With her 17 points this evening,
Mya Blake has scored 1,028 for her career. She scored 611 in her first two seasons of college ball at SF State. This season, she has 417 points as Warrior.
ONE GAME OUT: Stan State is 9-11 in the CCAA and one game out of the final spot for a berth in the CCAA Basketball Championships with two games left. Clinching a spot in the CCAA Championships are 1.) Cal State San Marcos, 2.) Chico State, 3.) Cal Poly Pomona, and 4.) Cal State Los Angeles. Holding the fifth spot is Cal State San Bernardino at 11-9 followed by Sonoma State and Cal State Dominguez Hills tied for sixth place each at 10-10. Stan State is tied for eighth place with Cal Poly Humboldt each at 9-11.
UP NEXT: Warriors will travel to Pomona, Calif., for a 1pm scheduled tip-off with Cal Poly Pomona this Saturday, February 24. Stan State lost 94-70 to the Broncos earlier this season in Turlock. Earlier this season, Cal Poly Pomona defeated Cal State Monterey Bay 69-44 in Pomona.
