Sunday, November 23 – Second Round (3:00 p.m.)
No. 1 Stan State (16-1-1) vs. Winner of Western Oregon/Hawai'i Hilo
The host Warriors enter the NCAA Tournament as the No. 1 seed in Super Region 4 after capturing their first CCAA Championship since 2012. Ranked No. 3 in the nation in the final United Soccer Coaches poll of the regular season, Stan State has been dominant on both sides of the ball, outscoring opponents 42–9 and recording 11 shutouts this season under third-year head coach John Powell — the 2025 CCAA Coach of the Year.

Stan State's 16 wins are a new single-season school record, surpassing the previous mark of 15 set in 2012. CCAA Forward of the Year Gerardo Flores (9 goals, 6 assists) and Emmanuel Duran (9 goals, 3 assists) lead the Warriors' attack, while CCAA Goalkeeper of the Year Angel Ruiz-Hernandez (0.50 GAA, .877 save percentage) anchors a veteran back line led by CCAA Tournament Defensive MVP Ian Reis, CCAA Tournament Offensive MVP Samuel Villanueva, Federico Barbieri, David Lozano, Christian Brenes, and Ryan Rosas.

Villanueva was named the CCAA Tournament Offensive MVP and Reis earned Defensive MVP honors. They were joined on the CCAA All-Tournament Team by Duran, Ruiz-Hernandez, and Alexis Cervantes for their key contributions during Stan State's championship run.

Stan State is making its third NCAA Tournament appearance (2012, 2015, 2025) and its first since 2015, when it tied Cal State Los Angeles 1–1 in the NCAA Championship First Round before falling 3–0 in penalty kicks. The Warriors earned their first NCAA postseason victory in 2012 with a 3–2 win over Notre Dame de Namur.
