Lindsey fueled the start with 19 first-half points, finding success in the paint and from long range. French and Malachi Johnson battled on the boards to extend possessions, while Jason Zimmer added two points at the line as Stan State continued to build momentum. The bench, led by contributions from Cibull, Ordonio, Newman-Gomez, and Jones III, helped the Warriors maintain their pace and push the lead to 44–25 at the break.
