TURLOCK, Calif.--- Stan State faced San Francisco State this afternoon, dropping the game 82-71.
Da'Myiah Lewis led the Warriors in scoring with 23 points,
Alyssa Premo following with 13 points,
Jadyn Patterson with 12 points, and
Amya Vangkham-Griffin scoring 11 points.
FIRST QUARTER: The Gators (8-11, 6-8 CCAA) put the first points on the board with the Warriors quickly matching them. San Francisco State had a seven-point run to take the lead, though Stan State had tied it just after the four-minute mark. The Gators battled back to take the lead 22-15 at the end of the quarter.

SECOND QUARTER: San Francisco State maintained their lead by adding a layup as the quarter started. Stan State (5-15, 4-10) retaliated with a three-pointer from
Jadyn Patterson. The two teams exchanged points, but the Gators maintained their lead going into the half 36-27.
THIRD QUARTER: The Gators opened with a three-pointer, but a foul gave the Warriors two off
Da'Myiah Lewis's free-throws. As San Francisco State pulled away on another seven-point run, leading by 17, the Warriors found an opening. By the end of the third, Stan State had cut the deficit and San Francisco State led 53-47.

FOURTH QUARTER: The Warriors slowly chipped away at the San Francisco State lead, going on an eight-point run to tie the game with six minutes left to play. The Gators found a way to break through the Stan State defense, scoring seven points of their own to regain the lead. San Francisco State maintained their lead, taking the game 82-71.
STRONG BENCH: The Stan State bench outscored their opponents today 23 points to the Gatrors' 19.
Jadyn Patterson contributed 12 points from the bench combined with
Amya Vangkham-Griffin's 11 points.

VANGKHAM-GRIFFIN'S HIGHS: Amya Vangkham-Griffin scored a career high 11 points tonight, adding a personal best four assists and seven free throws.

DOUBLE-DOUBLE BY LEWIS: Da'Myiah Lewis earned her seventh double-double in today's game, scoring 23 points and snagging 10 rebounds. Lewis also added two assists and a steal, going 11 for 13 in free throws. Â
