TURLOCK, Calif. – Stan State women's tennis has climbed to No. 35 in the nation in the latest ITA Division II rankings, marking a significant milestone this season for the program as the Warriors continue their strong run through PacWest play.

The ranking follows a standout stretch that included a 4-3 victory over then-No. 11 Hawai'i Pacific, along with conference wins over Dominican and a dominant 7-0 sweep of Chaminade. The performance earned the Warriors PacWest Team of the Week honors and pushed Stan State into the national spotlight.

Within the Pacific West Conference, Stan State joins Hawai'i Pacific and Azusa Pacific as one of three ranked programs. Hawai'i Pacific sits at No. 21, while Azusa Pacific holds the No. 34 spot, placing the Warriors firmly among the conference's top tier.

The win over Hawai'i Pacific remains one of the most significant results of the season, as the Warriors rallied from a doubles deficit to secure four singles victories. The ability to close out tight matches has become a defining trait, with multiple PacWest wins coming down to decisive singles performances.

Stan State has also seen consistent production across the lineup. Abbigail Mulick, Parker Orlando, Katrine Damkjær, Maiah White, and Emi Mikami have all contributed key singles victories during the recent stretch, helping the team build momentum in conference play.

With the PacWest season intensifying, the Warriors are positioned to continue climbing both in the conference standings and national rankings as they push toward postseason contention.
