Box Score SAN FRANCISCO — The Warriors' men's basketball team has lost a few close games lately, but that wasn't quite the case Saturday night against San Francisco State.
Cal State Stanislaus lost its fifth straight in a 64-50 game to SF State to dropped to 7-14 overall and 4-13 in the California Collegiate Athletic Association. The Warriors have lost seven of their last eight games — four of those games were by six points or less.
During the current five-game skid, three games were decided by four points or less, including Friday night's 65-62 loss at Sonoma State and last Saturday's three-point overtime loss at Humboldt State.
The Warriors entered the night in a three-way tie for 10th in the CCAA standings.
Nick Hodge scored 11 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for his second double-double Saturday night.
Ray Mitchell scored 12 and
Taylor Bell chipped in 10.
San Francisco State (14-7, 12-5 CCAA) was led by Decensae White with 14 points. Brandon Tatum scored 11 and two others each added 10 points.
