McKenzy Harden was a two-time winner on Saturday but the Cal State Stanislaus women's tennis team lost to Sonoma State, 6-3, at the CSUS Tennis Courts.
Harden teammed up with doubles partner
Davina Meza for well-played battle at No. 1 doubles with the Warriors pulled out ontop, 8-6, over Sara Celma and Chloe Jolliff.
Harden then won her singles match against Jolliff later in the afternoon with a three-set contest. After Harden dropped the first set 6-3, she fought back for a 6-4 before wining the thrilling super-tiebreaker 10-6, to earn a second point for the team.
Kelsey Chrisco earned the other point for Stanislaus with her win at No. 2 doubles as she beat Sonoma State's Megan White, 6-4, 6-2.
At No. 2 doubles, the teams played into the tiebreakers before the Seawolve duo of Lauren Ha and Sheena Johnson edged
Jessica Stokes and Chrisco for a tight 9-8 (7-2) win.
