FRESNO — The 33rd ranked Fresno Pacific Sunbirds got the best of the Warriors on Saturday in an 8-1 decision in women's tennis.
J'Ana Diamond picked up the only point for Cal State Stanislaus at No. 3 singles in a thrilling come-front-behind three-set win, 2-6, 7-5, 10-8.
The Warriors are now 5-8 on the season while FPU improved to 9-11. Cal State Stanislaus travels to face Dominican on Saturday.
