Looking to Extend Streak vs CSUSB
The Warriors are looking to win their third straight against Cal State San Bernardino after sweeping the season series in 2013-14. The Warriors won in San Bernardino, last Jan. 4, for the first time since 2004 to snap a 9-game skid at Coussoulis Arena. Stanislaus has a date with the Coyotes at Coussoulis on Feb. 14.

Three Straight Almost-Ranked Teams
By the time the weekend's over, the Warriors will have faced three consecutive teams who are among the nation's bests according to the coaches poll. Last Saturday's opponent Cal Poly Pomona, and this week's visiting teams Cal State San Bernardino and Humboldt State all received votes in this week's WBCA/USA Today Top 25 poll.

Home Sweet Homestand
Friday marks the start of a four-game homestand for Stanislaus. It would only be home game number 4 when the Warriors host Cal State San Bernardino. So far, the Warriors are 1-2 in games at Fitzpatrick Arena … The last time the Warriors had a four-game homestand, they went 2-2 last Jan. 31-Feb. 8.

Hitting the Treys
The Warriors are the best 3-point shooting team in the CCAA in terms of 3-pointers made. Cal State Stanislaus nails, on average, 7.7 three-pointers per conference game. The Warriors have also attempted the most shots behind the arch at 25.7 per game. Camille Roberts ties for the CCAA lead with 2.3 three-pointers per game while Jasmine Washington averages 1.3 per game. Overall (in all games), the Warriors averages 8.5 three-pointers made per game.

Back-to-Back Sharp Shooting Games
Camille Roberts made nine 3-pointers in two games last week for consecutive double-digit scoring games. She went 7-for-10 with four three-pointers on Friday for 18 points. On Saturday, Roberts matched a career-high with five 3-pointers in the game (5-for-14) for 15 points.

Where's the D?
After starting the season in preseason games strong on defense, the Warriors have fell back defensively during CCAA play. Stanislaus now ranks last in points allowed per game (79.8) and opponents 3-point FG percentage (34.7). CCAA opponents are also shooting 44.6 percent from the floor (10th in CCAA).

Cotton Closes In on 800
Briana Cotton could be the next 800-point scorer. The senior has collected 794 points in her career, which is just six points away from becoming just the eighth Warrior to score 800 points in a career.

Getting Out-Rebounded
Cal State Stanislaus has been out-rebounded in nine straight games by a 12.30 margin. Alysa Valentine, the shortest player on the floor on Friday, managed a career-high nine rebounds (out of the team's 35) against UC San Diego. Morgan Roots had five rebounds in 15 minutes off the bench on Saturday at Cal Poly Pomona. So far this season, there has only been one 10-rebound game (Cassidy Sanders-Curry).

Head Coach Wayman Strickland
Wayman Strickland is in his third season as the head coach of the Warriors. After inheriting a team in July, 2012 (and went 2-25 in his first season), he has turned the program around with a very competitive 13-13 season in 2013-14. Prior to his arrival at Stanislaus, Strickland was an assistant coach at Delta College. He spent nine years as a professional player in Europe and Asia after a stellar four-year career at the University of San Diego (1988-92), where he amassed 1,040 career points and 408 assists.

CCAA Basketball Championships
The 2014-15 CCAA Men's & Women's Basketball Championship tournament will be held at the beginning of March. Six teams qualify for the event to be held at the Stockton Arena. The winner of the tournament would receive the automatic bid for the NCAA tournament.

Getting Back to the Tournament
The last time a Warriors women's basketball team qualified for the conference tournament was in 2010-11 when the Warriors lost at Cal Poly Pomona, 76-55, in the first round. Stanislaus also played in the 2009 CCAA tournament (lost at Humboldt State, 82-61).

Vying For the Postseason
It has been 11 seasons since the last time the Warriors made the NCAA postseason. Stanislaus went 18-10 in the 2002-03 season and played in the opening round of the NCAA tournament in Seattle (116-106, OT, lost to Cal State Bakersfield).
