STOCKTON – Top seeded singles player
Amber Huk led the Warriors at the Pacific Invite as Stan State participated in their first Fall tournament since 2019. Huk defeated Carmichael of UOP, 6-4, 7-5.
Alyssa Tay,
Kate Bolton, and
Tay Cazarin were all defeated by the opposing UOP athletes.
In the doubles rounds, all of the Stan State women battled until reaching losses of 8-0, 8-3 and 8-2. Seeded at No. 1 were
Maya Young and
Kate Bolton.
In this quarterfinal round,
Tay Cazarin played with
Amber Huk and
Annabelle Mulick competed alongside her teammate
Alyssa Tay.
The women will compete in the Wilson/ITA Regional Championships next from September 30 to October 2.
