TURLOCK — The Stanislaus State women's tennis team earned a perfect sweep Sunday over visition American River College, beating the Beavers, 7-0, at the Stan State Tennis Courts.

Kate Bolton and
Maya Young combined for a perfect day. They won their No. 3 doubles match together, 6-0, then each of them were flawless in their singles matches. Bolton won 6-0, 6-0, over Jori Jacobs at the No. 3 spot, and Young beat Sarah Reade, 6-0, 6-0, at No. 6.

Tay Cazarin (No. 4) and
Alyssa Tay (No. 5) nearly joined them, only losing one game each in two-set sweeps of their respective opponents.
Amber Huk (No. 1) and
Annabelle Mulick (No. 2) dominated their singles matches as well. Huk beat the Beavers' No. 1 player, Davina Escalante, 6-2, 6-2. Mulick won in straight sets, 6-1, 6-1, over Haley VanOrman.
