SURPRISE, Ariz. – The 2023 PacWest Tennis Championships seeding has officially been released, as the Warriors are slated to face off against Fresno Pacific in their opening round of competition on Wednesday, April 19^th at 9am. Stan State faced the Sunbirds in a non-official scrimmage back on Jan. 30^th as their first official matchup was canceled on Mar. 28^th due to inclement weather. FPU is the #5 seed heading into the tournament with a 11-7 overall record and 7-5 record in conference play, while the #12 seed Warriors have gone 5-6 through the regular season and 3-5 against PacWest opponents.

A first round win for the Warriors will put them in the quarterfinals against the #1 seed Point Loma on Thursday, Apr. 20^th at 9am, while a loss in the first round will put them in the consolation bracket that will take place Thursday evening at 5pm. The semifinals and championship rounds will be played Friday and Saturday at 9am.
