nd, Stan State hosts Cal Poly Humboldt at 5:30 p.m. Chico State then comes to visit on Saturday, January 4

LAST WEEK: Stan State faced Cal State Monterey Bay after defeating them once in Turlock 69-48. The Warriors won 73-59, with multiple Warriors recording career-highs in the game.
Da'Myiah Lewis led the team in points with 24, followed by
Talia Maxwell with 21 and
Daja Scott-Mitchell with 18, which was a career-high for her.
Quinn Garrett also recorded a career-high in rebounds with six.

WARRIORS IN REVIEW: The Warriors (3-7, 2-2 CCAA) are holding opponents to 34.4% shooting beyond the arch and are blocking shots more often than opponents, averaging 3.9 per game.
Talia Maxwell leads Stan State with 18 points per game, followed by
Da'Myiah Lewis at 17.2 points per game. Lewis leads in rebounds with 7.8 per game, with Maxwell closely following at 7.6 per game.
Jadyn Patterson leads the team in assists with four per game and steals at 2.4 per game.
Talia Maxwell continues her team-leading blocks, now up to 23, continuing to average 2.6 blocks per game.

NCAA RANKINGS: Talia Maxwell is ranked eighth in the nation in blocks per game with 2.56. Maxwell's 23 blocks also put her at 17
th in the nation and aid Stan State in reaching the 48

CCAA RANKINGS: The Warriors rank in the top five in conference in four statistical categories. They are fourth in turnovers forced per game (19), free throw percentage (70), and steals per game (9.3). In blocks per game, the Warriors rank third in the conference with 3.9 per game.

Talia Maxwell is fifth in the conference in points (162) and field goals (60), third in free throws (38), second in free throw percentage (82.6%) and points per game (18), and first blocks (23) and blocks per game (2.56).
Da'Myiah Lewis is fifth in the conference in rebounds per game (7.8); fourth in free throws (37), defensive rebounds per game (5.5), and field goals (61); and third in points per game (17.2),
Jadyn Patterson is third in steals per game (2.38), and second in assists per game (four) and assist-to-turnover ratio (1.23).

DOUBLE-DIGITS FROM LEWIS: Da'Myiah Lewis has scored double-digit points in every game this season, with a career high 29 points in the first game of the season at Central Washington. She scored over twenty a second time in the most recent game at Cal State Monterey Bay, leading the team with 24 points. Lewis has also reached the 500-point milestone, having now scored 511 points in her career.

SERIES SWEEP: Stan State swept Cal State Monterey Bay for the first time since the 2021-2022 season. The first victory came at the Fitzpatrick Arena 69-48 while the Warriors claimed the second win 73-59 at the Kelp Bed.

Da'Myiah Lewis with 38, and
Daja Scott-Mitchell scoring 28 points. Scott-Mitchell had 18 rebounds over the two games with
Talia Maxwell adding 15 rebounds of her own.

LUMBERJACKS IN REVIEW: Cal Poly Humboldt (3-7, 2-2 CCAA) has a high number of turnovers, but rebounds almost equal to their opponents. The Lumberjacks are shooting only 36.3% in field goals overall while three-pointers are down to 28.6%. Kaiija Lesane leads the team in points (10.6 per game), rebounds (5.7 per game), assists (34), and steals (20). Dailani Richardson is the leader in blocks with nine, while Dylan Lovett has recorded a 1.23 assist to turnover ratio and Jadis Watson has an even one-to-one.

ALL-TIME SERIES: The Lumberjacks lead the all-time series 26-9, since January 25, 2007. The last time the two teams met, Stan State claimed the win 71-47.
Talia Maxwell was just shy of a double-double, scoring 14 points and adding nine rebounds, a block, and a steal.

WILDCATS IN REVIEW: Chico State is off to a strong start to their season, currently 9-1 overall and 4-0 in conference. The Wildcats will face Cal State Monterey Bay before paying Stan State a visit. Meadow Aragon leads the team in points with 14.8 per game, closely followed by a tie between Jordan Allred and Makenzi Laporte with 14 per game each. Ashleigh Barr secures the most rebounds, averaging seven per game. Ciarah Michalik leads in assists with 2.9 per game. Aragon also leads in blocks with 12, while Allred has recorded 1.9 steals per game. Six players have an assist-to-turnover ratio at or over one.

th, 2007, with Stan State 21-10, with the Warriors falling in the last match up 86-63. The most recent win versus Chico State came on November 27
