TURLOCK, Calif.--- After two matches on the road at Fresno State and Dominican this past weekend, Stan State will return to the court this Friday, February 16 with an 11am starting match at Daly City, Calif., at the Bay Club South SF against the Academy of Art Urban Knights.
1-2: The Warriors enter their PacWest match with Academy of Art with a 1-2 record including a 0-1 PacWest record. The Warriors started their season with a 7-0 non-conference victory over Jessup University on Feb. 3. The Warriors won all three of the doubles' matches as

Abbigail Mulick won 6-2, and
Alyssa Tay and
Nicollet Alexander won by a 6-0 decision.
At singles, Stan State won two by 6-0, 6-0 decision which came from Yu and
Jaedyn Hendryx.
Abbigail Mulick won by a 6-0, 6-1 decision. Winning by two 6-4 sets was Tay, winning by a 6-3, 6-4 decision was
Annabelle Mulick. Dziewiecka was a victor by a 6-1, 6-2 decision.
This past week, Stan State came back with a 7-0 loss at Division I Fresno State and a 6-1 loss to Dominican. In the Warriors' match with Dominican,
Annabelle Mulick won at number two singles by a 6-1, 6-3 decision.
ACADEMY OF ART: The Urban Knights are 1-1 after losing to Division I Portland State 4-1 and defeating Menlo College 4-0. Since 2011, Academy of Art leads the all-time series 13-3
PRESEASON POLL: Stan State was picked to finish tenth and Dominican 11
th in the PacWest preseason coach's poll. The top five teams are Azusa Pacific, Hawai'i Pacific, Point Loma, Concordia Irvine, and Academy of Art. Last season, the Warriors finished fifth at the PacWest Conference Tennis Championships after being seeded tenth.
UP NEXT: After this Friday's match, Stan State will return to the courts on February 25 at noon when the Warriors host Hawai'i Hilo in a PacWest Conference match. They will host Dominican later that week on March 1 in another conference match starting at noon.
