Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 LA JOLLA — 19th ranked UC San Diego scored five runs in two different innings in game one and again ran away in the nightcap as the Tritons took both games of the doubleheader on Friday.

UC San Diego won game one, 10-1, in five innings and game two, 8-0, in six innings to improve to 20-6 overall and 15-3 in the California Collegiate Athletic Association.

The Warriors are now 10-25 overall and 6-20 in conference play with the 10-game losing streak.

Cal State Stanislaus had a 1-0 lead in game one in the second inning but the Tritons scored five runs in the third and fourth innings for the mercy rule win.

In game two, it was another five-run inning by UCSD, this time in the second inning to pull ahead 6-0.

Brittney Rickles was 1-for-1 with a RBI in the first game and Amy Droege went 2-for-2 with a double in the nightcap.
