The Warriors play better at home with a 6-4 home record and a 6-8 record away from Turlock. After earning two wins last weekend the Warrior women have built momentum to add to the home court advantage they will gain for their next two competitions.
Breaking Her Funk: For a number of weeks
Cassidy Sanders-Curry was the shining star for her team. Recently however, other Warriors have taken the leading role. Not only did the Warriors break a losing streak last weekend, but Sanders-Curry was also able to break out of her funk and return to her rank as the Warriors leader. She was the top scorer for Stan State on both Friday and Saturday nights. On Friday Sanders-Curry tallied 15 points going 4-for-6 from the field, and shooting 100 percent on a total of seven opportunities at the free throw line ...
