TURLOCK, Calif. — Five members of the Stanislaus State women's soccer program — Aliah Avila, Makeila Yancey, Grace Fabionar, Katie Smith, and Olivia Kamm — have been named to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Team, recognizing their excellence both on the pitch and in the classroom.

To qualify for CSC Academic All-District® honors, student-athletes must hold a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 (not rounded up) and must have competed in at least 90% of their team's total games played or have started in at least 66% of those contests.

Avila, a junior forward from Madera, continued to be one of the conference's most dynamic playmakers while adding to her growing list of honors in 2025. The All-CCAA First Team selection and two-time CCAA All-Tournament Team honoree led the Warriors with 17 total points on five goals and seven assists, including four game-winners. She also scored one goal and added one assist during this year's CCAA Tournament, helping the Warriors reach the semifinals for the second straight season and fourth time in the last five years.

Yancey, a senior defender from Brentwood, earned her third straight All-CCAA honor after anchoring the Warrior back line throughout the 2025 campaign. She started all 20 matches and played a key role in limiting opponents to just 19 goals all season, while adding one goal and two assists. Her leadership and consistency were vital to Stan State's defensive success.

Fabionar, a senior forward, appeared in all 20 matches, scoring two goals — including one game-winner — and providing an attacking spark in the final third. Her experience and energy added balance and depth to the Warriors' attack.

Smith, a senior defender, started all 20 contests and helped solidify one of the CCAA's stingiest defensive units. Her composure and marking ability were instrumental in holding opponents under one goal per game (0.95 GAA).

Kamm, a sophomore defender, featured in 19 matches and added two assists while contributing to the team's defensive depth and build-up play from the back.

The Warriors, coached by Gabriel Bolton, finished the 2025 season with an 11-5-4 overall record, a 6-3-2 mark in CCAA play, and earned their sixth straight postseason berth — advancing to the semifinals for the fourth time in the last five seasons.

The Academic All-District® award is the first step toward CSC Academic All-America® consideration, which recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for combined performance on the pitch and in the classroom. The 2025-26 Academic All-America® teams will be announced on December 17.
