TURLOCK, Calif.--- Five-time USTFCCCA All-American Annie Wild has earned College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America® honors for the second consecutive year, as the Stan State standout was named to the 2025-26 CSC Academic All-America® NCAA Division II Women's Track & Field/Cross Country Second Team. Wild was selected by the nation's College Sports Communicators in recognition of her excellence both in competition and in the classroom.

Wild becomes a two-time CSC Academic All-America® selection after once again earning a spot on the Division II Second Team. The Ripon, Calif., native was one of just four repeat Second Team selections in Division II this year.

The Communications major added another outstanding season to an already decorated career in 2025-26. During the cross country season, Wild earned USTFCCCA All-America honors with a 24th-place finish at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships while helping lead Stan State to a 12th-place national finish. She also garnered USTFCCCA All-West Region recognition after placing seventh at the NCAA Division II West Regional and earned All-CCAA First Team honors with a runner-up finish at the CCAA Championships.

Wild continued her success during the indoor track & field season, capturing USTFCCCA First Team All-America honors in the mile with a third-place finish at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships. She also earned USTFCCCA Second Team All-America honors as a member of the Warriors' distance medley relay team that placed ninth nationally. In addition, Wild received USTFCCCA All-West Region honors in the mile, 800 meters and distance medley relay while helping the Warriors capture distance medley relay titles at both the Husky Classic and Wolf Pack Classic.

Following the season, Wild was named the STANYS Female Athlete of the Year and also earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors in cross country.

With First Team All-America honors in the mile and Second Team All-America honors in the distance medley relay during the 2025-26 indoor season, Wild increased her career total to five USTFCCCA All-America honors, further establishing herself as one of the most accomplished student-athletes in Stan State history.
