FRESNO, Calif.--- Stan State participated in the West Coast Relays in Fresno, Calif., the past two days and recorded several personal bests. Three Warriors recorded first place times/marks in their respective events in
Najwa Chouati,
Ero Doce, and
Alfred Nunes.
"We had a good meet overall with many personal best in all areas----very proud of how we competed," said head coach
Troy Johnson.
Chouati and Doce each captured the women's and men's 1500-meter run. Nunes won the pole vault and long jump.
Stan State will return to competition this Friday-Saturday, March 29-30 for two meets in the Bay Area. The Warriors will be at the Mike Fanelli Distance Carnival in Hayward, Calif., at the Chabot College Track. They will also be at the Stanford Invitational in Stanford, Calif.
