Stanislaus State Athletics

In 1999 Carrie was inducted into the NCAA Division II National Track & Field Hall of Fame. Carrie earned All American status in tow sports. In track and field she won four individual national championships. In 1993 and 1994 she was victorious in the 800 meters and 1500 meters. In 1992 and 1993 she was an All American in the 800 meters and the 1500 meters. In NCAC competition she was a conference champion in the 800 meters four times, and three times in the 1500 meters. In cross country Carrie was All American, All Region, and NCAC Athlete of the Year in 1994. That same year, Carrie was also selected CAC Conference Female Athlete of the Year for all sports. In 1993 and 1994 she was selected CSUS Female Athlete of the Year.
