Warrior Athletics Hall of Fame
Jessica Gaumnitz (2006-2009) was the most decorated softball player in Stanislaus history as a four-time All-CCAA selection, two-time All-Region pick, and a 2007 West Region tournament’s most valuable player honor.
As the ace of the pitching staff, Gaumnitz led the Warriors to a 2007 West Region Championship and a national tournament appearance. She also led the Warriors to a 2009 NCAA appearance when the team advanced to the Super Regionals.
Gaumnitz rewrote the Warriors’ record book during her time. In four seasons, Gaumnitz posted a school-record 75 wins, 712 1/3 innings, 62 complete games, and 527 strikeouts. She is also second on the career list in appearances (126), starts (106), and fourth in earned-run average (1.83).
The 2010 physical education graduate also holds four single season records in wins (26), starts (30), shutouts (7) and innings (199).
