Coach Millar served as the women’s basketball coach for a twenty-year period from 1981-2001. During this time she compiled a record of 338 wins and 221 losses for a winning percentage of 65%. In 1988-89 Coach Millar led the Warriors to a second place finish at the NCAA Division III national championship tournament. In 1988-89 she was selected Converse National Coach of the Year. Additionally she was selected Western Region coach of the Year for 1989 and 2000. She was selected Conference Coach of the year five times; 1985, 1988, 1989, 1990, and 1991. Coach Millar led the Warrior’s to five conference championships, four in succession; 1988, 1989, 1990, and 1991. During her coaching tenure the Warriors appeared in six NCAA Tournaments and two conference championship tournaments.
